We provide behavioral health services for individuals and families within Florida on a secure telehealth platform using video and audio to promote wellness through behavioral health evaluation, medication management, and on-going therapy and education. We strive to ensure that clients are always "heard" with adequate time to communicate their needs. Services include a broad spectrum of behavioral health concerns with specializations relating to the following:
Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. This persistent worry can be crippling. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror. These feelings of anxiety and panic interfere with daily activities and threaten to steal life experiences. But do not worry, medication and therapy services can be very effective in managing anxiety and helping you reach your full potential.
It is normal for children to have trouble focusing and behaving at times. However, children with ADHD do not just grow out of these behaviors. The symptoms can continue, causing severe difficulty at school, at home, or with friends. Adults can also struggle with concentration and other symptoms of ADHD. Medications to manage symptoms can be life-changing.
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn't worth living. Depression isn't a weakness, and you can't simply "snap out" of it. Depression may require long-term treatment. But don't get discouraged. Most people with depression feel better with medication, targeted therapy or both.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that's triggered by a terrifying event. Symptoms may include flashbacks, nightmares and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. Most people who go through traumatic events may have temporary difficulty adjusting and coping, but with ongoing treatment including therapy and medication management, they very often begin healing and moving toward restoration.

Who Are We?
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I would love to help you reach your behavioral health goals. My goal is to ensure that every patient I see feels heard and cared for with compassion and encouragement. I strongly believe that in order to treat patients appropriately, whether through medication management or therapy, a provider has to dedicate time with the patient. I received my training as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2019 and have served the Panhandle area of Florida (Panama City and outlying areas) since that time.
